Raising Body-Wise Kids is a practical, evidence-informed workshop designed to help parents navigate these conversations with calm, confidence, and compassion. Rather than relying on fear or “the talk,” you’ll learn how to create ongoing, age-appropriate conversations that empower your children to understand their bodies, respect boundaries, and make informed decisions throughout childhood and adolescence. The workshop emphasizes that sexuality education is about much more than sex, it is about safety, consent, communication, relationships, emotions, and body confidence.
