My default setting is Joy! I love celebrating my clients in their wins. I hold a safe space for clients to dive deep into discovery, welcoming the wisdom of each person's own unique magic.
Learning how to navigate boundaries and feel empowered while getting what you desire is every woman's right!
Helping women navigate through sex, love, and relationships in a supportive coaching container is my calling in life. As a reflexologist my work with couples who struggle with infertility is so rewarding and helping woman understand their bodies even deeper through this work is a true honor.
WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
My Background
I qualified as a Therapeutic Reflexologist in 2018 after completing my Diploma from the International Academy of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy. I then qualified as a Sex, Love and Relationship Coach from the international Vita Institute, currently majoring in Femal Sexuality. This is one of the most extensive coaching qualifications that I have ever found and doing this two-year long program changed my life! I have been running my own business, treating women and men in all walks of life. I came to find that I wanted to take my clients deeper and deeper into the wisdom that their bodies held. While working with infertility, an area close to my heart because of my own journey with infertility, I became passionate about education around sexual health. Having a safe, judgement free space with high quality education, has helped my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions.
We co-create this space for efficient and transformational healing that is both gentle and unique.
My treatments are specifically tailored for each client's desire; this approach is taken depending on the desire of the client. Time and again, I have seen the incredible healing power of reflexology, coaching, and education around sex.

MY WORK
My Professional Development
My dive into holistic education began with reflexology. I had my first child, and I found that becoming a mom sent me down the path of alternative therapy. From there, a whole world of many healing modalities opened up to me.

Meditation, essential oils, cacao, massage, female sexuality, exercise, sleep, moon power, and nutrition have all been part of my journey into healing. I have a deep passion for women's health and well-being; preventative health care is key.

Through coaching and reflexology, I have built a deep understanding of the body and mind, how connected they are, and how we all have our own wisdom. The Vita coaching program has taken me even deeper than I could have imagined around love, sex, and relationships.

I have learned about somatic work; embodying love has been life-transforming, and the more I learn about this work, the more I want to share it with others, taking women through the journey of transformation that I myself have gone through doing this work.
As a mother and wife, I understand how difficult it can be to make time for ourselves, which is why I have a variety of time slots to suit your schedule. Coaching can be done via Zoom, so you can be coached from your own home. WhatsApp me for a time and date that works for you.
I am registered with both the Allied Health Council of South Africa and the Board of Healthcare Funders, which allows me to work with over 12 different medical aids. I am also registered with The South African Sexual Health Association.
I have published articles for various publications on reflexology and studied further at international and local institutions on a variety of health-related topics. I love chatting on podcasts and radio interviews around sex, love, relationships, and reflexology.
